These terms govern your use of Lumapic. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- The face in the photos you upload must be your own, or you must have explicit consent.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable use
You may not use Lumapic to:
- Upload images of others without consent
- Impersonate someone real
- Upload images of minors
- Generate illegal, sexual, defamatory, or harassing content
- Resell or redistribute access
Payments and credits
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits don’t expire while you have an active account.
- Failed generations are auto-refunded as credits.
- We don’t offer general refunds for credits used.
Your content
- You retain rights to your uploads and outputs.
- We don’t train models on your content.
- You grant us a limited license to process your photos so we can deliver the service.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee it. Credits aren’t lost during outages — failed generations refund automatically.
Liability
Lumapic is provided “as is.” Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
